Refund Policy

Overview

We sell digital product keys only. Because digital product keys are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds.

No-Refund Policy

  • All purchases of digital product keys are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for refunds after a purchase is completed.
  • By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this no-refund policy.

Exceptions — Replacements and Support

Although we do not provide refunds, we will provide support and reasonable remedies if a key is:

  • Invalid at time of delivery (does not match the product the customer purchased), or
  • Non-functional due to an error on our part (for example, a wrongly issued key).

If you believe your key is invalid or not working, contact our support team (contact details below) with:

  • Your order number,
  • The email used to place the order,
  • A description of the issue and any error messages,
  • Screenshots where applicable.

We will investigate and, if we confirm the key is invalid or non-functional due to our error, we will provide either:

  • A replacement key for the same product, or
  • A store credit of equal value (at our discretion).

Proof and Time Limits

  • Requests for replacement or credit must be submitted within 14 days of delivery of the key unless otherwise required by law.
  • We may request reasonable proof (order confirmation, screenshots, device logs) to evaluate the issue.

Payment, Taxes, and Fees

  • Since refunds are not provided, any taxes, fees, or duties collected at purchase are not refundable except where required by applicable law.
  • If a replacement is provided, any tax treatment will follow the original sale as required by law.

Chargebacks and Disputes

  • If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact support first so we can try to resolve it.
  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks where we believe the sale and delivery were valid.

Non-Refundable Items

  • All digital product keys delivered electronically are non-refundable. This includes keys for software, games, subscriptions, or other digital goods sold as product keys.
  • Customized or specially procured keys remain non-refundable.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

This policy is governed by the laws of: Germany. Consumers may have additional rights under local law that are not affected by this policy.
